I am a Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering,

Technical University of Crete, and a member of the Intelligent Systems Lab.

My current research focuses on various aspects of multiagent systems, artificial intelligence and algorithmic game theory, and more specifically on: sequential decision making under uncertainty; (multiagent) (deep) reinforcement learning; coalition formation & related cooperative and non-cooperative game theory topics; recommender systems; and intelligent agent technologies for the real world and the economy (e.g., the Smart Grid, the tourism domain, participatory democracy, and more).
