Integrated system of interconnected (through LAN) high definition cameras with motion detection support. The project enhances the capabilities of existing systems by providing color high definition image output, high transmission rates, effective content encoding using MPEG-2, and transmission of region of interest interest) integrating state-of-art image processing and analysis techniques for supporting real-time processing, analysis, encoding and transmission of image content. The novelty of the system is its support of real-time motion detection of moving object (target). The system is fully supported by a dedicated fully functional user interface.
